Formed in 2006, Wind & Sea Partners wanted to respond and react to the negative stigma surrounding small cap and speculative stocks. We were first to acknowledge the need for companies not to just exist in the market, but rather to seek assistance and take an active role in communicating to an investor base aware of their stock’s value.
Traditional IR firms dominated the market with a cookie cutter approach to each company, using a template to offer the same services all the time, even with each different company in different sectors.
This is because Traditional firms keep structured employees on a constant payroll. This limits and locks you into only a small selection of services dependent upon the skills of their staff. Wind & Sea Partners is different because we forced these firms to “trim the fat.” We do not keep an IR payroll full time; we only contract experts in the fields, which are necessary to your campaign. That way you are never paying for services that your company does not need or use, keeping your campaign both cost effective and time efficient.
We are old fashioned in the sense that we strive to provide a bare-bone operation utilizing the most direct and specialized experts in the field.
